I wanted to create something spooky for this years Halloween and went through some of my photo inspiration folder on my computer. I came to this photo and decided to come up with the characters running from something.
I began to sketch out some ideas and developed this line artwork. Something inspired by the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew books.
As I was coloring it though, I didn't like the way the bridge was, so I took that away and asked a few illustrator friends their opinions, and soon it developed into the final image here. Which I am pretty pleased about. :)
